As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative, clerical and project support. This role assists in the overall administration of their assigned department, function or local office. Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Greets Company visitors and informs appropriate personnel of guest arrival; assists guests as needed Creates, updates and maintains office administration files, both soft and hard copy format Performs accounting / bookkeeping tasks such as coding invoices and/or expense reports, creating and receiving purchase orders, and ordering office supplies Creates correspondence, reporting and other documents as requested Maintains responsibility for the creation and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets and presentations Coordinates calendars for meetings, travel and office activities or special projects Coordinates the regular maintenance of office equipment Scans, faxes, or photocopies documents; sorts incoming mail and prepares outbound mail for distribution Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
