About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office. This role supports multiple departments through data entry, recordkeeping, customer service, compliance documentation, scheduling, and general office administration while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of office experience required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources and Leadership teams.
  • Serves as the primary receptionist by greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Orders, maintains, and tracks office supplies and ensures adequate inventory levels.
  • Performs accurate data entry and maintains company records and databases.
  • Maintains and organizes employee personnel files, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Uploads and maintains employee documentation in electronic filing systems.
  • Supports compliance initiatives by maintaining required records, assisting with audits, and preparing requested documentation.
  • Assists with internal audits by gathering, organizing, and maintaining required documentation.
  • Provides administrative support and backup assistance for the Tech Sales department as needed.
  • Schedules meetings, prepares meeting materials, and coordinates conference rooms or virtual meeting logistics.
  • Assists departments with various administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee, customer, and company information.
  • Performs general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and document management.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned to support daily business operations.
