ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Seasonal Administrative Assistant & Country Store Lead (April–October) Spend your summer working at a beautiful campground alongside fun, supportive teammates! We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and highly organized Administrative Assistant who will help to maintain property operations and support guest services. This seasonal role runs from the beginning of April through the end of October and plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll greet guests warmly, assist with reservations and check‑ins, and help provide outstanding service throughout their stay. Your administrative responsibilities will include processing accounts payable, assisting with procurement card reconciliations, organizing files, ordering supplies, managing communication with property and regional teams, and helping coordinate activities. You’ll also support staff by answering phone inquiries and occasionally delivering messages or running small errands around the property. A key part of this position includes helping run our Country Store—overseeing staff, supporting day‑to‑day store operations, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and well‑stocked space throughout the season. We’re seeking someone with at least one year of office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting systems preferred). A flexible schedule, including weekends, is essential.
