Job Summary The Administrative Assistant provides exceptional customer service supporting our participants and guests as they arrive at our workforce development center. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for checking in our participants and guests when they arrive, providing accurate information and resources, and tracking information for our Mission Advancement team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Office and/or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet skills required.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and checking in all participants and guests.
  • Assisting participants in entering information into the Goodwill system.
  • Tracking information in CaseWorthy.
  • Providing relevant information to participants.
  • Answering the main phone line, answering general questions, and distributing calls, as needed.
  • Provide support for shipping and receiving for all departments.
  • Prepare reports in Microsoft Word or Excel as required.
