As the Affluent Market Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of support for our Affluent Market Leaders within the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. From managing complex calendars to planning market visits, your role will ensure that everything runs seamlessly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative and support staff roles
  • Sharp reading, writing, and math skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills - you know how to spot and resolve exceptions in data
  • Effective verbal and written communication (and an eye for grammar!)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building reports, creating pivot tables, and mastering formulas

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

  • Handle expense reporting and calendar management with precision
  • Plan and coordinate meetings that are productive and impactful
  • Oversee the details for market visits
  • Provide essential documentation and administrative support to keep our operations moving
  • Utilize your tech-savviness with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and more for reports, presentations, and beyond
