About The Position

IMMEDIATE ORDER PROCESSOR JOB OPPORTUNITY OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT TESTING/QA COMPANIES IN THE US FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-530PM FARMINGDALE, NY (IN OFFICE ONLY) $23/HR

Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Great communication skills
  • Type 40 wpm

Responsibilities

  • Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
  • Handle front office responsibilities; reception/answering phones
  • Research a wide variety of information requests.
  • Organizing the flow of paperwork/Contracts (Document Control)
  • May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.
  • Other duties as assigned
