About The Position

Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries. This role is to support a Beaumont, Tx client chemical facility.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Timekeeping/Payroll Experience.
  • Ability to Multi-Task.
  • Experience with procedures.
  • General office administration experience.
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Hourly Payroll for Department.
  • Timesheets change daily, to keep current and balance every other day.
  • Collect environment forms for the previous week. Make sure each form is signed off and scan to Unit it belongs to.
  • Answer phone and take messages when on another line or out of the office.
  • File procedures into the correct years for reviews
  • File all the FB paperwork.
  • File Daily Housekeeping Inspection- Contractor
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Record Retention for Quality & Environmental.
  • Maintain AVO’s (AVOID VERBAL ORDERS) for all 3 Units.
  • Pick up mail & distribute mail for all 3 units.
  • Manage the COMPLIANT PRO Databases for Standards (BMT-STD’s) and Work Instructions (BMT-OP’s) for New, Schedule Review, DCR’s and Released procedures for associates on a timely manner. Create a CBT in GLC training system for the associates to review.
  • Review procedures and DCR’s daily - Archive procedures as requested from SBTL, Engineer or Quality - Send out an email notification to final approvers, if the WI’s are sitting to long without being approved.
  • All Management of Change documents are created through the EPRISM database system in which it is our responsibility to track the progress and make sure all forms have been filled. Once the document has reached the status of STARTUP then we can submit a Training Notification for the designated associates in GLC.
  • Management of Change projects may be handled a couple times a month.
  • Coordinate Service anniversary celebrations for hourly associates, including cakes and party supplies.
  • Assist with large plant conferences/meetings to ensure supplies are available for conference rooms.
