As an Administrative Assistant in Corporate Treasury, you will do much more than manage calendars. You will be a trusted partner to two-three Managing Directors, serving as the critical link between senior leadership, global stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who wants to own their responsibilities, streamline processes, and truly make the position their own.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior management (Managing Director level preferred), ideally within financial services or a corporate corporate environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate concisely and confidently with global stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and manages time-sensitive tasks with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic and the utmost discretion when handling highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage extensive, complex diaries and phone lines, seamlessly prioritizing requests across multiple global time zones.
  • Coordinate seamless international travel itineraries and manage subsequent expense processing for senior leadership.
  • Act as the central point of contact for regional administrative queries, maintaining a high awareness of team priorities.
  • Orchestrate the onboarding and system provisioning for new hires, consultants, and internal transfers.
  • Dive into ad-hoc business projects, event coordination, and committee initiatives, keeping the department running like clockwork.
  • Work closely with a global network of assistants, stepping in to support colleagues and share coverage when needed.
