POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant to the Development Department plays a critical role in supporting the Director of Development, Deputy Director, and the Development team in achieving fundraising and campaign goals. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with strong communication and administrative skills. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative operations, support donor engagement activities, coordinate meetings and events, and perform significant data entry within Salesforce. This position may also provide support to the Executive Office on an as-needed basis.
