About The Position

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Landscape Department by performing a variety of office, record-keeping, and administrative functions. This position works closely with both internal and external personnel, contractors, and campus constituents, serving as the primary administrative contact for the department. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 to 4 years experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of computers and ability to utilize a variety of software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of University processes and policies.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Procurement and accounts payable invoice processing
  • Maintaining various departmental records
  • Tracking equipment maintenance records
  • Managing key records and related documentation
  • Reporting maintenance issues
