The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves coordinating meetings, ordering supplies and various administrative tasks to support the team and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, risk management, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Handle the Orphaned Tasks in IR
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
