About The Position

L3Harris is looking for a Program Administrative Assistant who is well-organized, resourceful, great at multi-tasking, has a strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative. This role provides essential support to program leadership and ensures smooth operations for program teams and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to program leadership.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, letters, memoranda, agendas, and schedules; prepare materials for internal and customer meetings.
  • Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and appointments; reserve conference rooms, provide catering as needed.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and assist with timely submission of expense reports.
  • Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
  • Manage and plan events for program teams’ engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional coordination and support for customer meetings/visitors.
  • Create and maintain appropriate databases.
  • Perform research or data analysis tasks.
  • Process overtime requests for program team members.
  • Support general office duties, including ordering and stocking of office supplies, drinks, food, and snacks in support of site operations/meetings/routine business.
  • Perform other tasks and assignments as needed.
