Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties, including report generation, document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Enter and maintain data accurately across various systems and databases.
  • Draft, proofread, and format business correspondences.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
