The State Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team on a project in Hawesville, Kentucky. This is a 24-month project with the potential for continued opportunities on future projects upon completion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a timekeeping/data entry role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • A strong commitment to our team, our customers, and the environments we serve.
  • Embrace challenges, commit to continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to streamline communication and align operations.
  • Manage timekeeping tasks, including tracking employee hours, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payroll accuracy.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
