Solventum is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brookings SD! Here, you will make an impact by: Supporting the Brookings, SD plant with administrative tasks including record management, compliance, payroll assistance, and recruitment Assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives Providing general clerical support for various HR processes and tasks Supporting with other duties as assigned Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Current, valid Driver’s License

  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience
  • Workday experience
  • Skills include multitasking, flexibility, and dependability

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Brookings, SD plant with administrative tasks including record management, compliance, payroll assistance, and recruitment
