About The Position

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant at our office in La Vista, NE. The Administrative Assistant will support our supply chain division, Spire Solutions. This position will play a crucial role in keeping the team organized to ensure seamless coordination of daily priorities, meetings, communications, and initiatives. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Extremely organized and comfortable multi-tasking
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and tact
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to provide quality work in a timely manner
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Prepare documents, agendas, meeting notes, and presentations
  • Input data and update documents and contracts
  • Assist in coordination and organization of company events such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities
  • Code invoices to the correct cost code and track payment statuses
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
