About The Position

Supporting immediate office, agent and employee needs by performing the following duties personally. Main priority will be accounting department.

Requirements

  • High school student or graduate (or equivalent - GED)
  • 0-2 years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to handle heavy phones.
  • Able to effectively communicate and work closely with diverse groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Reliable - must be punctual
  • Basic skills of entire Microsoft Office suite (i.e. excel, word, power-point and access)
  • Focused on the business

Responsibilities

  • Aid all admin departments with projects.
  • Track Office Supplies and keeping cabinets stocking
  • Other projects as assigned.
