As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support for Citizens Wealth Management Divisional and Regional Directors. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordination of meetings, ordering of supplies and equipment, tracking of time off, and new colleague onboarding support. While some of the focus of this job is on the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, incumbents also spend substantial time performing clerical duties. Position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
