About The Position

JRAD is seeking candidates for an immediate fill position supporting Corporate Operations. This position is a hybrid position. Roles/Responsibilities: Provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the assigned corporate Department/Office, handling a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher
  • 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferably within a Government contractor organization
  • Ability to use discretionary judgment to resolve both routine and non-routine issues
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment with other business professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task within a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple- priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated experience supporting compliance programs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Track requirements across multiple governing documents and policies
  • Monitor, categorize, and respond to incoming messages
  • Maintain records, personnel files, and other databases
  • Assist in the development and review of documents
  • Assist in internal audits and reviews of compliance programs
  • Answer data calls and requests for information from internal and external Stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and ensure actions items are tracked and completed
  • Support data management, analytics, and reporting
  • Support best practices and process improvements
  • Communicate with internation and external Stakeholders.
