This is a hybrid position ( in the office a minimum of three days and remote for two), with a work location in Largo, MD. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience supporting C Suite Executive Management staff. This position will support the Executive Management positions which primarily includes President/CEO, and will work collaboratively with the AVP/Business Manager in the President/CEOs Office. Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Previous experience that demonstrates can perform under pressure
  • Required to have good customer demeanor
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • An associate degree in business management and administration
  • In lieu of degree must have at least 6 years of experience supporting C Suite Level executives
  • Ability to interact effectively with Board members, Bank officers, and the public
  • Five of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in the banking or finance industry
  • Reporting Skills
  • Organization and Time Management Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
  • Assists in resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and sorting mail etc.
  • Assists with reviewing requests for sponsorship and contributions and forwards to the appropriate officer
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Assists to ensure that the President's bio is kept updated and responds to requests for materials regarding the President and the organization in general
  • Assists in making travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, placing IT Support tickets for repairs of equipment
