We’re looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication, and help keep our team running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Prepare documents and maintain organized files
  • Enter and update data accurately
  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor communication
  • Assist with onboarding and general office support
  • Handle mail, shipments, and basic office coordination
