The ARA office in Champaign, IL is seeking an administrative assistant to provide occasional/as-needed support to our office management team. What you will do as an administrative assistant: Greet and sign in workers and visitors Answer and route incoming calls Receive, distribute, ship, and track mail and packages Stock and order office and janitorial supplies as needed Maintain/order break room supplies as needed Coordinate with building landlord as needed for maintenance needs Serve as the point of contact for outside personnel, such as cleaning crew Use internal purchasing software to upload receipts Other general administrative duties as assigned Administrative assistant requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of related clerical and office experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. The anticipated wage range for this position is $22-26/hr, depending on experience.
