About The Position

The Administrative Assistant supports parking operations at the Bank of America Buckeye Campus. This role helps employees register for parking, obtain permits and assigned spaces, understand campus parking rules, and resolve day-to-day parking questions. The administrator keeps accurate records and works with the Operations Manager and campus contacts to provide responsive service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Driver's license is required, minimum of 2 years
  • 2+ years in an administrative support role is required.
  • Data entry experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement.
  • Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bi-lingual abilities are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee and campus contact inquiries by email, phone, and in person; resolve routine parking issues and escalate exceptions to management.
  • Help employees register vehicles, complete parking agreements, and obtain parking stickers and permits.
  • Maintain current records of parkers, vehicles, permits, reserved space assignments, waitlists, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate requests and changes for assigned reserved spaces, including numbered spaces under the awnings.
  • Support visitor and overnight parking registration and maintain related documentation.
  • Assist with parking enforcement by documenting violations, checking permit and placard records, and following established location procedures.
  • Prepare parking reports, correspondence, and notices; organize electronic files and follow up on open requests.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
