About The Position

Roadhouse Administrative Assistant Compensation: $20-$22 per hour Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday 10am - 4pm (core hours w/ some flexibility on weekend) - 30 hours/week

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a clerical/administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Google Applications, Gmail, Google Docs, and the Web
  • Experience giving customer service over the phone and in person

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with restaurant or food service operations is a plus
  • Experience in HRIS systems a plus
  • Passionate about giving great service to others
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and is available to answer questions from coworkers as needed
  • Can perform routine daily tasks with close attention to detail, while understanding the bigger picture

Responsibilities

  • Assist Managing Partner, staff accountant, and roadhouse managers with duties as assigned (communications, payroll support, project management, etc.)
  • Monitors shared email account, answers questions, and provides information as needed
  • Provides customer service to other ZCoB businesses, vendors, co-workers, customers
  • Assists with Roadhouse administrative tasks (answering phones, distributing mail, copying, collating, faxing, filing, scanning, maintaining electronic files/records, overseeing office supplies, etc.)
  • Maintains calendars and scheduling
  • Regularly attends weekly huddles and other business meetings
  • Provide other support as needed
  • Assists with creating and implementing systems and processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
