About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales role to support daily operations through effective vendor management, customer communication, and administrative coordination. This is a critical role within the organization, requiring strong relationship management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or related operations is considered.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
Ability and willingness to learn and utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the technology industry is acceptable if transferable to a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Coordinate operational activities to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor and customer inquiries.
Track and maintain accurate records within company systems and ERP platforms.
Support process improvements and help streamline operational procedures.
Assist with Accounts Receivable and collections activities as needed (less than 5% of the role).
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer and vendor needs are met.
