What you'll do: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Central Groups Pastor Coordinate and prioritize the Central Groups Pastor's calendar to optimize time efficiency Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries for the Central Groups team Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the office Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for the Central Groups team Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes Order office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient office environment Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the Central Groups Pastor Manage data input and worksheets Oversee resource distribution to campuses Collaborate with other ministry leaders and staff to ensure seamless office operations Prepare invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
