This role involves the thorough planning of, and overseeing execution of group bookings at the resort. Group Sales Managers will refer contracted groups to the Groups Coordinator for detailed planning of the group’s upcoming stay. The coordinator will act as a liaison between the groups and all operational departments at the resort, serving as their advocate. Working closely with the customer planner/coordinator, the Groups Coordinator will monitor all aspects of the group's stay to ensure the resort meets performance expectations and the customer's event goals are achieved.
