About The Position

This position will be responsible for managing the front office desk and performing clerical tasks to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail, greeting visitors.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years’ experience in an administrative assistant/receptionist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers
  • Organization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments and travel for management that may include: air travel, car rentals, hotel reservations, ordering food, etc.
  • Processing incoming, outgoing mail and FedEx
  • Organizing files for billing (invoices, etc.)
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Managing and planning office events (Holiday parties, birthday celebrations, etc.)
  • Log Accounts Receivable Checks and partner with A/R to ensure receipt.
  • Point of contact for office equipment repair, Cintas, and Crystal Springs
  • Greeting and directing visitors.
  • Responding to all internal and external customer inquiries in a professional, polite and timely manner.
  • Develop knowledge of company manufactured products
  • DOT Stamp/Notary
  • Other duties as assigned.
