About The Position

Responsible for working closely with Retail Corporate, Market, or District leadership by supporting various needs of the Retail Banking Center teams, along with learning the duties involved in fulfilling leadership responsibilities and performing some of these duties to allow the leadership to execute higher priority responsibilities. Responsibilities include supporting a variety of complex administrative and support functions, such as providing support of all Retail strategies to achieve set performance targets and objectives. Supports leadership to ensure service and operational standards are achieved and recognition of the individual results and achievements of all associates occurs on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors.
  • Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management, the branch network, line of business partners, and other departments.
  • Must be self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational, and planning skills.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be organized and have excellent follow-up to issues and initiatives.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain a level of trust, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Some limited travel required to attend monthly meetings or travel to banking centers within market.
  • Ability to use Microsoft 365 office products with a proficiency in One Note, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to produce and review reports from various systems.
  • Ability to effectively use technological resources for meetings, coaching, and training.

  • Fundamental understanding of Bank products, services, and operations desired.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the successful achievement of Retail business plan initiatives, such as acquiring or onboarding new deposit and lending relationships, growing digital adoption, revenue and fee generation, operational compliance, and new account production.
  • Supports Retail reporting analytics, assessing, and compiling data from all available Bank systems or other available performance reporting.
  • Makes recommendations to recognize and reward teams when goals or objectives are being met.
  • Maintains understanding of Retail products and services.
  • Provides daily support to Retail Corporate, Market, or District leadership and team members along with maintaining confidentiality.
  • Supports successful adoption of the Pledge First Service Program.
  • Supports Market Leadership to ensure all reporting deadlines are met and processed in a timely manner, including expense reports, invoices, and philanthropic or marketing budget related requests.
  • Supports Market Leadership to execute the market’s Community Development action plans.
  • Coordinates with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) services for the market, ensuring all completed services meet the required qualifications.
  • Assists in coordinating effective customer entertainment events or community service opportunities in the market to promote brand awareness and customer or prospect relationship building.
  • Coordinates meetings, events, or various functions within the market.
  • Works on special projects as assigned.
