About The Position

We are now taking applications/resumes for an Temporary administrative assistant for the Houma area. Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following: Provide support to managers and employees Assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities. Efficient with data entry Efficient in adobe, excel, and world Duties include answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files. May also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers. Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass drug screen Tasks beyond those listed above will be asked of you, so a positive, can-do attitude is required.
