About The Position

We need an Administrative Assistant who can hit the ground running, answer customer phone calls, describe our services, and provide all-around support to our team.

Requirements

  • Self-starter, independent, efficient with clear communication skills
  • Above-average computer abilities. Easily handle spreadsheets, experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), email attachments and file organization, etc.
  • Good-natured with extremely professional customer service skills
  • Experience working with a team
  • Honest, responsible, reliable, efficient, hard worker

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative experience is a plus
  • Flexible work from home options available.

Responsibilities

  • Support owner with day-to-day tasks of running the business
  • Answer customer phone calls and manage customer inquiries
  • Enter customer information into our field service management system as necessary (training provided)
  • Help with getting quotes and completed work reports to customers
  • Order parts from various manufacturers and vendors
