About The Position

Provide administrative and clerical support to staff to facilitate the efficient operation of the program. Primary functions will include managing the program supply inventories, placing and receiving orders, communicating with vendors, typing correspondences, preparing specialized reports and schedules, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Providing desk coverage for lunch shifts and call outs. Travel to the main office to drop off or collect items. Fire Safety and First Aid/CPR certification or the ability to pass test to acquire these credentials required. Related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Several years of office systems experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer databases
  • Proficient in MS Office software
