About The Position

This position provides administrative and program support, performing a variety of office, technical, and project-related tasks under general supervision. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and maintaining records, reports, correspondence, and documentation in compliance with established policies and procedures. The role involves managing schedules and calendars, maintaining supplies and inventory, processing requisitions and invoices, and monitoring expenses or budget-related materials. The position also requires communicating with vendors, entering and verifying data, and providing information and assistance related to program processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, entering and managing work orders
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating incoming and future projects, updates calendars and related meeting materials
  • Monitors and tracks expenses with vendors
  • Performs other duties as assigned
