About The Position

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. The Administrative Assistant is expected to support our property leasing team and community managers with all administrative tasks. Perform all duties in accordance with company operating policies.

Requirements

  • Desire to learn the multifamily housing business and embrace growth opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree trade schooling preferred.
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • On-the-job training offered.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Assist with leasing apartments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
