About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for duties as assigned by the General Manager. This is a seasonal part time/full time position that reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management preferred.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venue
  • Possess excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess exceptional guest relations skills

Responsibilities

  • Organizing the General Manager's Calendar
  • Screening phone calls and visits for General Manager
  • Receiving and coding all invoices General Manager assigns
  • Assist with purchasing and monitoring office supplies
