About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and staff support to the Sentinel Program Team. This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the department and site by coordinating administrative activities, customer engagements, and team support functions. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities and will be equally effective working independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires interaction with customers, program managers, subcontractors, executives, and all levels of management. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and appointments.
  • Reserve conference rooms and arrange catering as needed.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and support the timely submission of expense reports.
  • Interface with high-level internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
  • Manage and plan events that support program team engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional coordination and support for customer meetings and site visitors.
  • Support general office operations, including ordering and stocking office supplies, beverages, food, and snacks for site operations, meetings, and routine business needs.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and assignments as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
