About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operations of one or more executives: calendar management, business meetings, email support, coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, complete expense reports, and additional tasks/projects required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate with a high level of autonomy, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage highly complex and dynamic calendars across multiple executives, prioritizing critical meetings and resolving conflicts with a strong understanding of business priorities and impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support business updates, communications, and operational priorities, fostering strong relationships across teams and levels.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and effective follow-through on action items.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, anticipating needs and delivering a seamless experience across multiple leaders.
  • Leverage tools and technology, including AI and core administrative systems, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and organized experience for new team members.
  • Handle expense reporting with accuracy, timeliness, and strong attention to detail.
