This role involves planning office and company events, cultivating office culture, and collaborating with other admins to create a consistent and exciting office experience. The position also includes managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, filling out letters of transmittal, maintaining the office kitchen and conference rooms, assisting with insurance certificates and accounting invoice backups, and helping with miscellaneous projects as needed.
