Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, required
  • Proficient in Typing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in file maintenance, required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work well within a team, required

Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications by answering, screening, and routing phone calls, emails, and staff pages
  • Maintain organized files, work order systems, access fobs, uniforms, and departmental supplies
  • Process invoices, vendor receipts, and purchase records accurately and on time
  • Support internal and external customers with professional, friendly service while maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office operations while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
