Provides administrative support to the Quality Improvement and Contracts Team. This role involves maintaining high ethical standards, collaborating with personnel and service providers, and maintaining a helping role with appropriate limits. The position requires regular attendance and may involve some evening and weekend work. The role is sensitive to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the service population and requires maintaining confidentiality of personnel and client records.
