About The Position

The Admin Assistant will coordinate and assist management with the move of our members household goods and personal effects. This individual must be detail-oriented and possess a strong customer service background. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills, with a background in the transportation industry.

Requirements

  • Answering phones
  • Typing activities
  • Data entry
  • Reviewing and validating customer documentation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A years’ experience in strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Transportation and moving experience required

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced office environment
  • Manage customer coordination for household goods and personal effects moves
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently in a networked Windows environment
  • Maintain and organize schedules, files, and office systems
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments
  • Employ strong time management and organizational skills
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
  • Other duties may be assigned
