Requirements

  • Completion of or willingness to complete CIRE and become IR licensed with CIRO required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to excel under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an administrative, operational or sales support role would be helpful but not necessary
  • Knowledge of Dataphile would be helpful

Responsibilities

  • Provide variety of administrative and support tasks including managing client files, processing transactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports, including gathering and organizing relevant information and materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial and personal information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including those related to client privacy and confidentiality
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
