About The Position

RAM Construction Services is seeking a Call Center Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations by handling incoming calls, coordinating requests, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role serves as a key point of contact among internal teams, drivers, vendors, and field personnel, helping to organize communication, documentation, and scheduling related to warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer‑focused, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while performing administrative tasks in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1–3 years of administrative, call center, or customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in data entry and document management
  • Comfortable working with warehouse and operations teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with phone systems, call logs, or ticketing systems preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory, warehouse, or operations software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route inbound phone calls related to warehouse operations, deliveries, equipment, and general inquiries
  • Respond to emails and requests from internal teams, vendors, drivers, and field staff
  • Log calls, requests, and service inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information or escalate issues to the appropriate warehouse or operations personnel
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service requests
  • Prepare, process, and maintain administrative records such as work orders, delivery logs, inventory documentation, and reports
  • Support documentation related to equipment, materials, and warehouse activity
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist warehouse leadership with reports, spreadsheets, and daily administrative needs
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to ensure timely execution of requests
  • Track and follow up on open requests to completion
  • Support compliance with company policies and safety procedures when handling documentation and communication
  • Perform additional administrative duties or special projects as assigned
