WHAT WILL YOU DO: This position will assist Study Abroad Programs in daily operations and will serve as point -of-contact for customer-related inquiries. The Administrative Assistant (Temp) will serve as the front-line point of contact for Study Abroad Programs providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The position is responsible for managing the front desk, responding to inquiries across multiple communication channels, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, student-centered environment while supporting the mission of Study Abroad Programs.
