Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two or more year of applicable experience working with managers and executives in hospitality or hotel sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively present information and professionally respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amadeus Delphi or similar CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer service by supporting departmental and company standards, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external clients
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and leads, entering information accurately and promptly into the sales system
  • Maintain data integrity within sales systems to support reporting accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of key sales reports, including pickup, revenue, and pace reporting
  • Prepare and coordinate a variety of business documents including correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation, including vendor and internal resources
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements and departmental activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for telephone and in person inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Support office operations including mail distribution, supply inventory, and ordering of materials
  • Provide general administrative and receptionist support to enhance team productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Attend all required training sessions and meetings as directed
