About The Position

Performs clerical and administrative duties for the Residential Department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and one year related experience and /or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft and Outlook products.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling and setting up for department meetings or as requested by Residential Leadership.
  • Responsible for recording meeting minutes as assigned.
  • Coordinates any mailing distributions, receipt and uploads to electronic records.
  • Coordinate any supply or other distributions with the department.
  • Responsible for ordering/maintaining office supplies for the building.
  • Responsible for updating departments lists/directories.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Residential policy & SOP pages on People Connect in-accordance with templating as provided by the Marketing Department.
  • Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
