Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Repair Station Administrator to join our team. General activities in this position include, but are not limited to: Generation of electronic and hard-copy turbine engine maintenance document packages. Audit of completed engine maintenance document packages upon completion of maintenance. Generation of regulatory paperwork for turbine engine maintenance events. Storing engine maintenance records, which includes scanning large volumes of engine and component maintenance records for electronic storage. Organization, scanning, and storage of component repair and inspection records. Maintain and replenish Repair Station supplies including standard and unique consumable items as required. Assist in research and re-generation of customer maintenance records. Perform regular audits of Repair Station paperwork to insure compliance to regulatory requirements. Generate Desk-Level Instructions for new processes related to the Repair Station Administrator role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-3 years of administrative experience
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • U.S. citizenship status is required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
