About The Position

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Recruiter! Responsibilities: · Place job ads through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other resources · Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. · Conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews with managers based on their availability. · Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. · Responsible for acquiring and tracking any clearances new hires may need. · Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process · Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. · Attends weekly meetings and presents recruiting stats and statuses · Assist with HR and administrative tasks · Answers and transfers inbound phone calls, screening when necessary. · Administer employment and personnel related information into HR program – new hire paperwork files, terminations, change of address, local tax jurisdiction etc. Requirements: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. · Prior recruiting, inside sales, administrative or phone experience preferred · Multi-tasking skills Benefits: · Competitive wage with performance incentives and bonuses. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prior recruiting, inside sales, administrative or phone experience preferred
