About The Position

Recruiter/Administrative Assistant will provide support primarily for Human Resources as well as Accounting and Hiring Lead. Performing the job successfully, our Applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Job Details: Assist the Hiring lead in posting jobs successfully on Indeed, Bamboo and any other Job recruiting sites. Assist in setting hire dates, sending of all onboarding documents, and terminations as they come in. Answering phones and taking proficient notes that assist the party they belong to. Upkeep of hiring logs, adding, and removing new hire names, sending to the correct site, and making sure each new hire is aware of the proper Gate situation. Pre-screening of all respective qualified applications, explanation of all sites job details and making sure new hires are aware of company policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Have a basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and reliable
  • Basic computer skills – email, word processing, spreadsheets
  • Ability to Multitask is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including reviewing candidate resumes and making initial contact with qualified candidates.
  • Schedule meetings/Interviews in appropriate calendars
  • Prepare HR packets and send them to all new recruits.
  • Answer main phone line and direct calls.
  • Create the recruitment strategy for each open assigned position in partnership with the Hiring Manager
  • Meet all hiring goals; including time to fill, retention, etc.
  • Find and utilize multiple recruiting sources to proactively search for passive candidates.
  • Track all stages of the recruitment and hiring process in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting functions; from pre-screen interviews to organizing debrief meetings to offer coordination with necessary paperwork.
