Requirements

• Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in a veterinary, medical, or pet-related field).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software (experience with veterinary software is a plus!).
• A love for animals and a commitment to excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet clients and their pets warmly, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Client Communication: Provide friendly and professional assistance in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records, process payments, and assist with billing.
• Organization & Coordination: Keep the reception area clean and organized, manage office supplies, and support veterinary staff with administrative tasks.
• Pet & Client Care: Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and provide basic guidance on hospital services.
• Team Support: Assist veterinarians and technicians with clerical needs to ensure efficient operations.
